SDP offers a full spectrum of tissue pathology services from small biopsies (such as breast, cervix, gastrointestinal, prostate, skin) bone marrows, lymph nodes to large resections. All pathologists are board certified in Anatomic Pathology. In addition, SDP has subspecialty certification and expertise in Dermatopathology, Hematopathology and Immunopathology.

Anatomic Pathology by SDP is enhanced by the excellent histologic material, large library of special stains and extensive selection of immunohistochemical stains provided by the SDP laboratory. The laboratory is directed by Dr. David Francis who is board certified in Dermatopathology. The Immunohistochemistry laboratory is directed by Dr. Bruce Robbins who is board certified in Immunopathology.
